Your planning information deserves clear boundaries. This policy distinguishes the financial entries kept in your browser from the contact, purchase, and support information you submit to TC Life.
1 About this policy
TC Life, LLC ("TC Life," "we," "us," or "our") provides money-wellness education, free digital planning tools, interactive PDF planners, and the TC Life Progress Review tool. This policy explains how TC Life handles information in connection with TC-life.org, these resources, and purchases of TC Life digital products through TrendyCrest, our storefront.
2 Information you provide
The free toolkit’s contact form collects your first name, last name, and email address. Your phone number is optional. Our website contact form collects your name, email address, and message. Contact submissions include records such as the submission time and source of the request.
When you purchase a TC Life product through TrendyCrest, we receive the order and customer information supplied through the storefront to manage your purchase and delivery. Payment processing takes place through checkout. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or bank login details through a contact form or email.
When you contact us for support, we receive the messages and attachments you choose to send. You do not need to send a completed financial planner to describe a download or technical problem.
3 How TC Life uses your information
We use contact details to respond to inquiries and provide TC Life product and company information and updates, as disclosed with the toolkit’s contact form. We use order and support information to manage purchases, provide digital downloads, address delivery or billing questions, and respond to requests for help.
TC Life does not sell personal information or provide contact lists to other companies for their own marketing. We do not use those lists for targeted advertising.
Providing the optional phone number does not, by itself, authorize automated marketing calls or text messages.
4 Your financial entries and saved planners
Financial figures and reflections entered into the free planning tools are processed in your browser. These planning functions do not submit your income, expenses, debt balances, savings goals, or reflections to TC Life.
When you use Save on this device, your entries are saved in that browser’s local storage. They are not saved to a TC Life account or cloud backup. Resetting the relevant tool or clearing its browser storage removes its locally saved entries. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing can affect access to saved entries. Other people using the same browser profile can have access to them.
Filling in a downloaded TC Life PDF does not, by itself, send its contents to us. Your completed planner remains in the location where you save it. If you choose to email it to us or attach it to a support request, we receive the information you send.
5 The Progress Review tool
The TC Life Progress Review tool reads supported TC Life PDFs locally in your browser. Its review functions do not send the selected PDFs or their financial contents to TC Life or an AI service. No AI is used to perform the review.
Clear this review removes the selected files and review information from the current review. It does not delete the PDFs saved on your device.
6 Services used to operate TC Life
We use Webador for our website and storefront, OpenAI Sites to host the TC Life tools, and Google services to process and store toolkit contact-form responses. The checkout provider processes payments for purchases. These services support the contact, purchase, delivery, and hosting functions described in this policy.

The local financial planning and Progress Review functions do not send your financial entries or selected PDF contents to these providers. If you use a separate email, cloud-storage, or PDF service to share or save completed planners, that service’s privacy practices apply to the information you choose to provide to it.
7 Your choices and privacy requests
You can leave the toolkit’s optional phone field blank. The first name, last name, and email fields are required to complete its current access form. A PDF purchase is optional.
To stop TC Life marketing updates, use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact info@tc-life.org. Order confirmations, download assistance, and replies to support requests are separate from marketing updates.
You can contact us to ask what submitted personal information we hold, correct your contact details, request deletion, or ask us to stop using your contact details for marketing. Tell us which contact submission or order your request concerns. We will handle your request under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained for transaction records or legal obligations.
Resetting a planning tool or clearing a Progress Review does not delete contact or order records already submitted to TC Life. A request to TC Life does not erase saved PDFs or browser storage on your device; you control those copies.
8 Updates to this policy
We will revise this policy when our handling of personal information changes and display the revised date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
