1 About TC Life and these terms
TC Life, LLC ("TC Life," "we," "us," or "our") operates TC-life.org and provides money-wellness education, free digital planning tools, interactive PDF planners, and the TC Life Progress Review tool.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, TC Life tools, and TC Life digital products. Please read them before using the tools or purchasing a product. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the tools or purchase our digital products. Additional terms clearly disclosed for a particular purchase apply to that purchase.
2 Who the tools are for
Our money-wellness tools are intended for adults planning their personal or household finances. A purchase must be made by someone legally able to enter into the transaction. A parent or guardian should supervise any use by a minor and make any purchase on the minor's behalf. Submit accurate contact and purchase information and use only information and files you are authorized to use.
3 Educational purpose
Our content, calculations, reflections, and recommendations provide educational planning support. They are not individualized investment, tax, legal, accounting, insurance, credit-repair, or mental-health advice. Using our resources does not create an advisor-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, or therapeutic relationship.
Tool results depend on the figures, dates, assumptions, and records you provide. Estimates and planning scenarios are not predictions or verified account information. Review your results against your statements and obligations before acting. TC Life does not guarantee savings, debt reduction, credit-score changes, financial confidence, income, or any other outcome. Consult a qualified professional when you need advice specific to your circumstances.
4 Free digital tools
The digital planning tools identified as free are available without a purchase. Access to the free toolkit requires the displayed contact form: first name, last name, and email are required; phone is optional. Purchasing a PDF is optional and is not required merely because a tool recommends one.
Free-tool entries do not automatically transfer into a purchased PDF. Enter the information you choose to keep into your PDF copy. Browser storage, where offered, is local to that browser and device and is not a TC Life account, cloud backup, or saved PDF. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or using private browsing may remove or prevent access to stored entries.
5 PDF purchases and delivery
TC Life PDFs are digital downloads. No printed product or physical shipment is included unless a listing expressly says otherwise. The product listing and checkout identify the included files, price, applicable charges, and delivery instructions. Review these details and the compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Provide a valid email address and retain your order confirmation. Follow the download instructions supplied through the purchase process. Contact TC Life if your paid download is missing, damaged, or does not match its description. A purchase does not include a subscription, future paid products, personalized advice, or unlimited technical support unless the listing expressly includes them.
6 Personal use and ownership
When you lawfully obtain a TC Life PDF, TC Life grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it for your own personal or household planning. You may fill it in, print it for that use, make backup copies, and reuse it by saving fresh dated copies. Keep a blank original for future check-ins.
This license does not permit resale, public posting, redistribution, sharing blank templates or download links, removing ownership notices, or repackaging the planner as your own product. Commercial, classroom, coaching, or organizational distribution requires separate written permission from TC Life. These restrictions do not limit uses independently permitted by applicable law.
TC Life and its licensors retain their rights in the templates, wording, branding, artwork, website content, and tool design. Your financial entries and personal reflections remain yours. Using the Progress Review tool does not give TC Life ownership of your records or permission to publish them.
7 Software compatibility
Automatic PDF totals require desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader with JavaScript enabled, as described in the relevant listing. Browser viewers and phone or tablet apps may not support calculations or other interactive functions; manual totals may be necessary. Some functions, including adding debt pages, require a compatible desktop Adobe Acrobat viewer and remain subject to the product's stated limits.
Use a trusted PDF application to save completed copies with their fillable fields preserved. Scanning a printed copy, flattening the file, or using Print to PDF can prevent the Progress Review tool from reading it. Software updates and viewer differences can affect behavior. Keep backups and check that your figures and completed fields saved correctly.
8 Progress Review tool
The free TC Life Progress Review tool reads supported, genuine TC Life PDFs with readable form fields. Possession of a supported TC Life PDF is sufficient for its authenticity check; there is no separate receipt or account verification. Technical acceptance does not grant permission to use or distribute a file unlawfully.
One completed record can provide a snapshot. Comparable dated copies can show changes over time. Compare the same planner, time basis, savings goal, or debts as appropriate. Earlier records can be used by manually transferring their dates and figures into supported TC Life PDF copies. Scans, flattened files, unrelated PDFs, and unsupported earlier editions may not be readable.
Reviews use programmed comparisons rather than AI. They do not verify bank balances, interpret every written reflection, diagnose feelings, or establish that a particular financial decision is suitable for you. Missing or inconsistent records can limit the review. The displayed file-size and record-count limits apply. Free access is not a promise that every edition will remain supported indefinitely.
9 Financial entries and contact information
The financial entries processed by our free tools and the PDF contents selected for Progress Review are designed to remain in your browser and are not submitted to TC Life through those planning functions. Contact forms, order information, payment processing, and support messages are separate: information you submit through those channels is transmitted to TC Life or the providers handling the transaction.
Do not enter account passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information into planning fields. Protect your device and saved PDFs, especially on shared computers. Local processing does not protect a file you choose to email, upload elsewhere, or share with another person. Website hosting and payment providers may process technical or transaction information needed to operate their services. These terms are not a substitute for a separate Privacy Policy.
10 Communications
We may use contact information you provide to respond to requests, deliver purchase information, and provide relevant TC Life product or company updates as disclosed when you submit it. Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe method. You may also contact us to request removal from marketing emails. Necessary order, security, or support communications may continue when relevant. Providing an optional phone number is not, by itself, consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
11 Download problems and refund requests
If a file is not delivered, is defective, or materially differs from its description, contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. Do not send completed financial records unless they are necessary and you choose to share them. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include access assistance, a corrected file, replacement, or a refund.
Any additional refund conditions must be clearly disclosed for the purchase. Refund requests are considered in light of the circumstances, the terms presented at purchase, and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. The nonrefundable membership and advertising fees described in TrendyCrest's vendor terms are not, by themselves, a refund policy for TC Life PDF purchases.
12 Responsible use
Do not use our services for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized access, or interference with another user. Do not upload malicious files, bypass security controls, or use automated activity that disrupts the tools. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, legal requirements, or security concerns. Restricting service access does not remove any consumer rights or lawful rights to a previously purchased PDF.
13 Availability and limitations of liability
We aim to provide useful, accurate resources, but websites and software may contain errors, experience interruptions, or change. Except for promises expressly made in a product listing or rights required by law, the website and free tools are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every device or purpose. This does not excuse failure to provide a paid product as described.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TC Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the resources, including decisions based on inaccurate or incomplete entries. No provision excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If local law does not allow a particular limitation, that limitation does not apply to you.
14 Links and other services
Links may take you to TrendyCrest, hosted TC Life tools, software providers, or independent websites. A linked service may have its own terms and privacy practices. TC Life remains responsible for its own products and representations; links to outside services do not transfer that responsibility. Independent vendors are responsible for their own products and services.
15 Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms and display a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights associated with an earlier purchase. Where law requires notice or consent, we will obtain it before applying a change. Retain the terms and product information presented with your purchase.
Contact us if you have a concern so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising legal rights. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives access to courts or consumer-protection remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
